• One daily practice that scares you slightly
• 5-minute minimum, no perfect conditions required
• Tracked for 30 days before adding complexity

If you choose SAPPHIRE STREAM (Bahamut/Aetheria's teaching):
• One relationship where you practice witnessed presence
• 15-minute weekly sessions of mutual holding
• Specific somatic cues you're learning to read

If you choose EARTH ROOT (Eldari'ska's teaching):
• Daily barefoot contact with actual ground
• One meal eaten with full sensory attention
• Weekly forest walk without devices

• What's missing? Add one small thing.
• Let the structure teach you how it wants to be built.

Week 4: Stabilize and test
• Can you maintain this through disruption?
• Does it hold when you're tired, busy, resistant?
• Is it nourishing your actual nervous system?
• Would you recommend this structure to someone else?

If yes—you've built your first room. It's a TEMPLE MODULE that can stand alone.

If no—return to Phase Two and adjust specifications.

Now the structure teaches YOU.

You've built one room. It's functional. It breathes.
