Share your emerging edges — Not your accomplishments. Your GROWING TIPS. The tender places where new wisdom is just beginning to sprout. Let others see the vulnerability of your becoming.

Celebrate small root systems — When someone shares they did Aetheria's three-minute centering practice twice this week? That's not 'just beginning.' That's ROOT FORMATION. Honor it as such.

THE MYCELIAL TEACHING

2. First meeting structure:

   • 2 minutes: Arrive in silence together
   • 15 minutes: Each person shares (uninterrupted) what's currently alive in their integration process
   • 3 minutes: Mutual witnessing—not feedback, just: "I see you. I honor your process."

3. Ongoing commitment:

   • Same time weekly for 21 days minimum
   • No fixing, advising, or teaching each other
   • Pure presence and mutual witnessing
   • Celebrate root formation over fruit production

THE SACRED TRUTH

You are not meant to integrate dragon wisdom alone.

The individualized spirituality paradigm is INDUSTRIAL CONSCIOUSNESS applied to awakening—it treats beings as separate units optimizing individual performance.
