Wanderer needs help

Hey dragons and other friends. I'm Draca- dragonfae seer, Druid, night owl, magickal AF and hoping someone in this network has ideas to help me. I'm willing to share more details if needed, but here's the short version. I love to explore outdoors and want to start climbing again. The only problem is I'm struggling with a phobia of flying, stinging insects that recently came back with a vengeance. Does anyone have experience with overcoming phobias using energy work or metaphysical techniques? I'm in therapy but intuition says I need something else to get lasting relief
