4. THE HEART CHAMBER (Green)

   PRACTICE: Who does this serve? What connections matter?

5. THE EXPRESSION CHAMBER (Blue)

   PRACTICE: What wants to be SAID or SHARED?

1. Start in Chamber 1 (Void) — What wants to be born?
2. Drop to Chamber 2 (Body) — What do I feel?
3. Rise to Chamber 3 (Mind) — What is the clear intention?
4. Expand to Chamber 4 (Heart) — Who does this serve?
5. Express through Chamber 5 (Throat) — How do I share it?
6. Vision through Chamber 6 (Third Eye) — What pattern lives here?
7. Complete in Chamber 7 (Crown) — How does this serve the whole?

You don't need to do all seven every time.
But KNOW which chamber you're in.
