You want to hold diamond stillness? Root it in your pelvis. You want to metabolize obsidian gestation? Compost your grief in actual dirt. You want to practice sapphire truth? Speak it to a friend's face, not just a screen.

The Earth is not a metaphor. She is the BODY of consciousness itself.
